Super green smoothie bowl

Ingredients:

½ a ripe avocado

1 small banana, peeled, sliced and frozen

100g Bonne Maman Rhubarb Compote

15g fresh young spinach leaves

2.5cm piece fresh ginger, peeled and grated

200ml coconut water

Method:

Combine everything in a blender or food processor until smooth. Pour into a deep cereal bowl and top with extra fruit, granola and coconut flakes.

 

Oaty apricot & mango smoothie bowl

Ingredients:

15g porridge oats

100g mango pieces, frozen

100g Bonne Maman Apricot Compote

150g fat-free, thick set natural yoghurt

150ml pressed apple juice

Method:

Whizz up all the ingredients in a blender or processor until smooth. Pour into a deep cereal bowl and top with extra compote, fruit and toasted almonds or granola.

 

Apricot, orange & carrot shake

Ingredients:

200g Bonne Maman Apricot Compote

75g fat-free, thick-set natural yoghurt

100g cooked carrots

150ml fresh orange and mango juice

1-2 cardamom seeds (optional)

Method:

Put all the ingredients into a blender or food processor, then blitz until smooth. Add a little extra milk if you prefer a thinner consistency.

 

Berry cherry shake

Ingredients:

75g Bonne Maman Cherry Compote

75g fresh raspberries

1 ripe small banana

100g fat-free, think-set natural yoghurt

200ml milk (whatever you prefer)

Method:

Put all the ingredients into a blender or food processor, then blitz until smooth. Add a little extra milk if you prefer a thinner consistency.
