The brand was founded by husband and wife, Liam and Kerry, in the midst of the COVID-19 lockdowns.
They say: “We had a vision to create a small and friendly gifting company with a mission to celebrate life. We wanted to appreciate the small wins as well as the big ones and to spread a lot of love and kindness.”
Letterbox Love began as a small store on Etsy, which Kerry was running while balancing her demanding career in recruitment. However, within a matter of weeks, the demand for new products was getting out of control. Kerry then made the difficult decision to step away from her career in recruitment and commit to Letterbox Love, fulltime.
Today, Letterbox Love is thriving and has had thousands of happy customers. Their Instagram page has amassed over 10 thousand followers and their brand has received hundreds of thousands of views on TikTok.
Alongside their online sites, Letterbox Love products are also available in indie giftshops, garden centres and charities across the country. This means that wherever you are, something special from Letterbox Love isn’t far out of reach.
