This relaxed terrace bar makes for a stylish hideout in Spinningfields as an ideal sipping spot with its canopied, heated terrace and luxurious Pacific-style surroundings. The dramatic facelift is set to send social media channels into overdrive, ready for sundowners and ambient beats.
Designed by award-winning interior designer Michelle Derbeyshire, Sunset by Australasia offers a pleasure-seekers’ hideaway, with a décor that oozes Miami-cool and laid-back Ibizan vibes, located right in the heart of the city. Retaining the reputation for the best sushi and seafood, the Sunset menu takes inspiration from Australian cuisine and Pacific Rim flavours. Tempting new additions include delicious Japanese ‘kakigori’ desserts made using ancient methods with fresh fruits and shaved ice, as well as exotic afternoon teas and bento boxes.
Cocktail lovers can indulge in Sunset Sangria’s or Pina Colada concoctions from the ‘Sunset Signatures’ selection or order up Frozen Pornstar Martinis, all served to the soundtrack of the resident Sunset house DJ.
