Dubbed the next ‘IT bag’ brand, UK based Danse Lente has launched in the North West at luxury clothing, accessories and lifestyle store, Basil & Bea in Hale, Manchester.
If there’s one brand that’s on everyone who matter’s lips this autumn, it’s Danse Lente. The coveted accessories label has created a line of structural bags with clean lines that have already caught the eyes of a few street style stars, including Pandora Sykes. The London-based brand works with skilled craftsmen, tanners and metalsmiths to create impeccably handmade leather bags and accessories.
Translating as ‘slow dance’ from French, the under-the-radar brand won’t be for long as the fashion pack scramble to get their hands on the London label’s sell-out bags. But Manchester, fear not! Hale based luxury boutique Basil & Bea is stocking a range of four bags, exclusive to the North West, just in time for the party season.

Unlike most bags with a wait-list, the handbags are pre-Christmas friendly, with prices ranging from: £275 for the Phoebe Shoulder Bag, £295 for the Mini Johnny Bucket Bag to £350 for the Mia Shoulder Bag and £410 for the Mini Lorna Bucket Bag.
The first independent endeavour from ex-fashion agent, Hari Martin, the store stocks a range of luxurious brands, including; Le Specs, Yolke, Johnstons of Elgin, Elizabeth & James and Mast chocolate, as well becoming the first UK distributer for Australian brand, Lack of Colour.
In addition to the clothing lines, Basil & Bea also stock brands such as Miller Harris, who source botanicals sustainably from across the globe, providing a spell-binding sent throughout the store.
