Zouk Tea Bar & Grill

There is no exact translation for the word ‘zouk’, but in English, it loosely translates as ‘the best of style and the best of taste’, which is what Zouk offers every time a guest orders from its menu.

Zouk has recently launched its breakfast and brunch sharing platters that feature best-loved dishes from their extensive brunch menu. These platters are the perfect indulgence and come in sweet and savoury, as well as a mixed variety, and are on offer Monday to Saturday from 12 noon to 3pm and Sunday from 8am to 12 noon.

The savoury sharing platter features a perfect blend of spicy Indian dishes and the classic breakfast fare, including fried eggs, toasted muffins, grilled tomatoes, crispy turkey rashers and more. There is a whole host of your favourite breakfast dishes, and lashings of hollandaise for dipping and pouring. The mixed sharing platter includes pancakes and maple syrup, with crispy turkey rashers, eggs and waffles, plus all your favourites like chicken sausages, hash browns, Anda Bhurji (scrambled eggs) and chocolate sauce!

The sweet brunch sharer serves waffles, pancakes and French toast with an array of fruits, sauces and cream to drench them in.

You can order the sharing platter for four people for £45, or two people for £25. The sweet platters include a range of treats, but if you’re missing the classics in the savoury platters, then there’s a mixed platter where you can get the best of both worlds and have a mix of the two.
