Having acquired Eleven Didsbury Park nearly 25 years ago, the hotel being well-received and always fully booked, Eamonn and Sally O’Loughlin jumped at the chance to acquire Park House two years later.
Previously offices, the grade II-listed Victorian villa and coach house required extensive and careful refurbishment, transforming it into Didsbury House Hotel, a contemporary, 27- bedroom townhouse. Bursting with charm, character and refined elegance, yet providing a relaxed atmosphere.
It’s been a dream match with Eamonn’s extensive experience within the hospitality sector and Sally’s design skills. They then went on to open the first townhouse hotels in the city centre – Great John Street and King Street Townhouse.
For the last 17 years, the hotels have been under the attentive eye of Manager Andrew Hughes and an experienced team, providing a personable and memorable guest experience.
21 years, two refurbishments, recessions and a pandemic later, they felt it time to celebrate their achievement and thank those who have helped along the way.
