Get ready to embrace the festive spirit at the Manchester Made Christmas night market.

Following on from a successful market back in May, the Manchester Made Market is returning even bigger and better than before; prepare to step into a Christmas wonderland.

Taking place once again at New Jackson, the new urban neighbourhood nestled at the southern gateway to the city. Manchester Made Market will offer a cosy and magical Christmas night market experience, brimming with food, drink, live music and even a grotto for visits to Father Christmas. Expect Christmas trees galore glittering with festoon lighting and one huge picture perfect, show-stopping tree taking centre stage,  creating a magical setting for this unique community event.

Bringing together over 40 artisanal traders and small businesses from across the region, this three-day event will showcase a plethora of food produce, homewares, crafts and creations, where visitors will be sure to find unique Christmas gifts that support local businesses.

Trader highlights include; The Cole Men, who will be bringing their award winning sauces to the masses, Moon & Sixpence with their beautiful handmade jewellery, fine art photography by Craig Barker, plus Root 2 Ginger with their premium ginger drinks with a kick, to name just a few.

Open from 4pm to 9pm on Friday 6th December, and 1pm to 9pm on Saturday 7th and Sunday 8th December, this Christmas market is perfect for getting together with friends and family and celebrating the festive season.

Highlights of the Manchester Made Christmas Market

  • Full-on Christmas Experience: Get fully in the Christmas spirit with live music from an amazing 20-piece choir providing the perfect Christmas soundtrack. The market’s exclusive music lineup promises something special for all ages, protected from the elements in a snug stretch tent.
  • Food and Drink: From Manchester Gin’s holiday cocktails to Gooey’s sweet treats, a mouth-watering range of local food and drink options await. The experts from Millington Hall Farm in Altrincham will be bringing a taste of their Wild Grill experience including live sausage making demonstrations and a wonderful array of delicious German sausages served from a festive BBQ trailer. Plus many more seasonal favourites and sweet seasonal treats in the warming Christmas tipi.
  • Christmas Grotto: Families with children can visit the enchanting Christmas grotto, where Father Christmas himself will be waiting in a cosy baby tipi. Kids will receive a gift from Santa, and bookings can be made online for just £8.50 per child. The Grotto will be open from 4.30 – 7.30pm Saturday and Sunday.
  • Free Entry: Manchester Made Christmas Market is free for all to attend. For all the organised people there is a limited guest list where visitors can pre-register for free and enjoy 50% off a hot chocolate to warm you up on arrival.
