You’re Exhausted
Another big sign that you are experiencing burnout is if you are just exhausted. You may find that you end up having to drag yourself out of bed in the morning, and that you also find it hard to stop the burnout from becoming too much. If you have burnout from work-related stress, then this is also a big issue, so again, you need to make sure that you deal with it as soon as possible. If you feel as though it’s not just work that is burning you out, and that you have other problems at home, then it is so important that you try and take steps to stop this from happening. You Feel Useless
Another big sign that you are experiencing burnout is if you feel somewhat useless. You may feel as though nothing you do ends up working out and that you feel as though you are not going to be able to do anything to turn things around. If this is the case, then you need to try and stop that from happening by simply taking the time to make sure that you recognise your accomplishments. Burnout is mainly a job thing, and even though depression can affect your whole life, it’s very easy for one thing to lead to another. Research has shown that you are more likely to experience burnout if you are prone to depression as well, so be sure to keep this in mind.
You Hate Your Job
If you hate your job, then there’s a good chance you are burnt out. It may be that you feel tired but aren’t able to take days off, and this can really work against you. If you want to help yourself here, then you need to try and make sure that you talk to your boss and your co-workers. They should be able to lend you some support, and they should also be able to work with you to make sure that you are not struggling without any help when this simply doesn’t need to happen. If you can keep this in mind, then you need to try and make sure that you are not experiencing burnout when you simply don’t need to.
