During the last week of June, the usual timetable was suspended as every pupil took part in a week-long activity of their choice, selected from a diverse programme of over 30 options.

Approximately 450 boys embarked on residential trips, including camps across the Lake District, as well as various sports tours.

Others remained closer to home, engaging in a wide range of activities in and around school and Manchester — from water sports, drama and cookery courses to golf and other enriching experiences.
