ESPA NATURAL FACE LIFT – A REVIEW

ESPA NATURAL FACE LIFT – A REVIEW

I love facials, so when The Spa at The Midland asked me to review ESPA’s Natural Face Lift, I jumped at the chance.

The treatment is delivered in four stages – detox, invigorate and sculpt, finished with a lifting and firming mask – using ESPA’s new Tri-Advanced ProBiome range of products.

The first stage of the treatment incorporates oils, so your therapist will ask you to smell four oils and the one that suits you will be used in your treatment. After making myself comfortable, the treatment began with a deep cleanse, followed by exfoliation. The chosen oil being massaged into the lymph points to eliminate toxins.

My therapist then massaged my skin using a Japanese Kobido-style technique which strengthens the muscles and tones the entire face while promoting blood circulation. Jade rollers were then used on my forehead, under the eyes, cheeks and chin to reduce puffiness, increase circulation and bring oxygen to the surface of my skin. The sculpting massage that followed felt like it was lifting my jawline and cheekbones.

The treatment ended with a soothing, lifting and firming mask, followed by a sleep-inducing head massage. Once the mask was removed, my therapist applied moisturisers to lock in all that goodness.

The results are instant and you will certainly notice a difference. My skin felt toned and plump and I felt totally relaxed.

Suitable for all skin types, the ESPA Natural Face Lift is available for £115 (85 minutes). The spa day experience is available between either 9am till 1pm or 2pm till 6pm.

Every spa day package includes a robe, towel and slippers for use during the day, full use of the thermal suite, poolside areas, relaxation suite and full use of the private gym.
