Launched in Miami almost two years ago in the Brickell neighbourhood of Miami, Sexy Fish serves Japanese-inspired sushi, sashimi, seafood, fish and meat.

Sexy Fish is underwater world-inspired, with creative menus, hard-to-resist theatrical cocktails and come Friday and Saturday after dark, it turns into an electric drinking and dining spot, where guests are entertained with house music from resident DJs and international guests.

The glamorous and opulent interiors are inspired by the style and sophistication of a mid-century brasserie and motifs of the ocean. There is a sense of theatre through 10 incredible sculptures and 26 fish lamps, floating around a large waterfall column.

The Rainbow Reef Room is an exclusive and dramatically designed private dining space, which sits adjacent to the main restaurant. The room has illuminated agate flooring, blue silk cladded panels, comfortable coral seating and a live coral fish tank which stretches across the entire back wall of the room. The space also features a retractable shade that opens up to the main dining hall, allowing guests to be part of the restaurant experience if they desire, or kept closed for a moment of escapism.

The restaurant is also fitted with coral leather seating and high-gloss tables made f rom eucalyptus. The destination bar has a pink onyx top, and high teal stools, and boasts Dom Pérignon and Opus One selections, along with wines sourced locally from the US. Plus, there’s an extensive and irresistible cocktail list.

The food is amazing, the restaurant beautiful, the washrooms Instagram-worthy and the team friendly and super-professional. So, if you find yourself in Miami, this is a must-visit restaurant. It’s a little expensive, but it’s a great night out and worth every cent.

And we can’t wait for Sexy Fish Manchester to open!
