A Manchester Story documents the untold stories that happened in the aftermath of the Manchester Arena bombing and follows a variety of stories from people across the city and beyond.

The film had a limited release last year, when Spread Like Wildfire Films partnered with KOMI Group’s It’s Gone Viral to release edited down versions of every interview as weekly episodes of A Manchester Story before having a limited release on 22/08/21.

Through our partnership with Paus, Everyman Cinemas has decided to show a charity screening of the film on 22/05/22 at 2pm at their Manchester St. Johns Venue. The 22nd of May this year marks the fifth anniversary of the Manchester Arena bombing.

All proceeds from the screening go to the charity We Love MCR, which raises money and awareness for great causes across Greater Manchester.

As an independent production company, this is a massive achievement for Spread Like Wildfire Films, and we have so many people to thank for making this happen, especially members of the Everyman Cinemas and Paus teams.

To book a ticket, please visit the Everyman Cinemas listing for the screening here. Can’t make it to the screening? The film will also be available for a limited time on the Paus streaming service.

  1. Amazing I can’t wait to see this film. As a “Manc” I know to well the hurt and devastation the bombing brought, but I also know the strength and determination the people of Manchester show in times like this. This film shows that. Well done for filming this focusing on the positives
