Girl Meets Brush is a Make-Up Brand, creating a Professional Brush Range & MUA Community as well as an Online Academy for Aspiring Make-Up Artists. Established in 2015 the business has grown into highly respected Brush & Make-Up Brand as well as Online Resource for Aspiring make-Up Artists – providing training, support & opportunities through their Online Make-Up Academy which began in 2018.
Behind the brand is MUA of 16 Years Lynne Mills, who over the years has carved a successful career building a nationwide team for bridal to fashion work across the UK, also working on several high profile photo shoots, one even receiving publication on Vogue, to working with many famous faces including Anna Friel, Phoebe Waller-Bridge, Sara Cox, Lauren Laverne, Alice Levine & TV Personalities Keith Lemon, Russell Brand, Jimmy Carr as well as the Great British Bake Off Team.
Using all of these 16 years of experience Lynne has created flexible training & opportunities to help aspiring make-up artists carve out their own success in this ever-growing industry.

Our Make-Up Challenges have become a great source of inspiration & success, with the talent displayed surpassing all expectations! The creativity & work that is put into each & every change is outstanding & we are always so proud of all our Make-Up artists.
Each year we follow the BBC Glow Up series with Val Garland & Dominic Skinner, where our artists are inspired by all of the contestants work throughout the show. We create a challenge inspired by each episode throughout it’s 8 week run where our artists push their skills in a range of creative tasks.
Each week we have Winners & Runner Ups, all receiving deserved recognition for their work, after the 8 weeks we pulled all the entries together to put our Winners together. We had three Main Winners pictured here who were chosen based on the consistent high standard & exceptional creative work submitted in each weekly challenge.
Our First Place Winner was Jade Crawley (Main Image), Second Place was Donna Conway & in Third Place was Kirstie Richards.
All our winners are now building successful careers as Make-Up Artists & during these recent times have been able to continue to grow their following on social media to promote their businesses.
