Your employer also has a duty to help create a safe workplace, and together you should be able to ensure that you are not going to come to harm while you are working. This is another important way to ensure that you are keeping fit enough to work, so it’s definitely something to be aware of in all this.

If you do get injured – inside or outside of work – then you are going to need to overcome it effectively before you can return to work. This is just a major way to ensure that you are taking care of yourself, and it’s something you’ll definitely want to make sure you are thinking about. It might be that you need some time off to rest, as well as some ndis physiotherapy to help you get back on your feet as appropriate. But rushing is not going to be the approach here, as you need to make sure you are taking care of yourself.

You also need to be aware of the risks of overworking, which are very real and which you are probably going to find are important for you to bear in mind. If you overwork, you are much more likely to end up injured or otherwise in trouble, and that can affect your future ability to work as well, so this is something that you will want to be really careful about where possible. Make sure you avoid overworking as much as you can.
